How Much Can I Earn?
First, let me emphasize that we make no income claims in the GOT ZIP program.
We are building a Portal and site network for long-term growth, commissions should increase gradually over time without much Subscriber effort. But if you are looking for quick returns, the only way to get them is to promote GOT ZIP in your Territory, and get people to purchase products and use the site.
You get a Commission if:
If You Sponsor a ZipCode and Someone from That Zip Makes a Trackable Purchase..
If You Sponsor a County and Someone from that County Makes a Trackable Purchase..
If You Sponsor a State and Someone from that State Makes a Trackable Purchase..
You will earn CashBack on Every Trackable Purchase You or ANYONE makes in Your Territory. And a Revenue Share of Non-Trackable income for as long as you’re a Subscriber.

Can You Give An Example of How it Works?
Let’s say Bob’s Zip-Code is: 04073
That Zip-Code is in York County, Maine.
Bob’s got some friends in his Territory who need to make online purchases and he tells them to use Pagellan. When they shop via a Got-Zip Vendor Bob get’s a commission.
Bob’s friend Dave needs a Dell Computer.. He goes to our Computer Section and clicks on Dell’s Ad.. If Dave makes a purchase then that Sale is Tracked to his Zip-Code.
When GOT ZIP gets the Sales Commission and Tracking Report from the Vendor we are able to pay out commissions to Bob, as well as the subscribers who own York County and the State of Maine. Simply by cross-referencing Zips to their respective Counties and States.
We also track sales at our other sites.. Such as ZipSense.com. Clickbank gives us the Zip-Code of every buyer so we know where to pay out commissions
What’s the Commission Payout?
Imagine GOT ZIP’s Total Commission on the Sale of the Dell Computer is $50.00
GOT ZIP keeps 20% for administration = $10.00
Zip-Code Sponsor gets 40% = $20.00
County Sponsor gets 25% = $12.50
State Sponsor gets 15% = $7.50
You might be wondering what happens to the sales commissions on Territories that aren’t Sponsored. (including International), AND ALL the Ad Revenue that the GOT ZIP Portal and Site Network generates.
Answer…. 80% of all it goes into a Revenue Sharing Pool paid out to all the Subscribers each month. 20% goes to Administration.
How to Claim Your Territory - Important!
When you subscribe to GOT ZIP you are asked to select a Username. In most programs you can enter whatever username you wish, but our setup is quite a bit different
If You Get Confused just sign up with a basic username, and then email us for assistance.
Your Username is the Territory you are Registering.
Look at the Claimed Territory list to see examples.
If you Sponsor your own Territory you become a “Resident”
If you Sponsor a Territory you don’t live in, you’re a “Prospector”
There can be no more then TWO sponsors of any Territory!
If a RESIDENT has the Territory, You CAN’T Prospect it!!!!
They own that Territory Fully!!
If a PROSPECTOR has it, ONLY a RESIDENT can make a Second Claim!
Once a Resident makes a claim the commissions are split…
[That's the price of getting a good Territory early, and neglecting to reserve your own Territory too late]
There are benefits to Sponsoring Popular Territories or shall I say Populous Ones.. Territories with the Largest Population will likely generate the most revenue.
Why do we have Two Types of Subscriptions?
Because Residents Will Add to the Viral Growth of Got-Zip benefiting both parties. So REMEMBER if you are a Prospector, you will most likely be sharing all that Territories Commissions with a Resident at some point.
Once You Claim Your Zip-Code You’re DONE!! There is nothing more you ever have to do except remain a Subscriber. If you Cancel Your Subscription you LOSE YOUR CLAIM!

Can you provide an easy explanation of the overall concept?
The GOT ZIP Concept is So Unique that it’s difficult for most people to grasp, even if it would only take a few minutes..
The Script Below is how I would Tell you about GOT ZIP if we were face to face. Because everyone I talk to personally is blown away regardless of whether they know anything about online marketing or not.
So Here We Go….
When people ask me what I do.. I tell them that I own a number of Internet Businesses, but my sole focus now is my company GOT ZIP INC.. I then hand them my GOT ZIP Business Card.
They say.. “Nice Card….What is it?” and I say……
It’s a Web Portal and Affiliate Program based on Geography. As you may know many successful web-portals make Millions Per Year in Advertising and Product Sales.. In the case of companies such as Yahoo, MSN and Google they make Billions per year.
One of our Advisory Panel Members Personally made over $25,000 in one month on his own site network just from One Advertising Program.
GOT ZIP is a Portal and Site Network, whose goal is to be one of those companies that makes Millions in Advertising and Product Sales.. Of course, this takes money, time and teamwork… So I needed a way to speed things up…
Do you know what an Affiliate Program is? (most of them do, if not I explain it)
Traditional Affiliate Programs use Affiliate ID’s, but I wanted a way to create a Buzz Offline.. Word-of-Mouth is truly the best way to promote any product or service… So I came up with the idea of selling Territories to do this…

So I charge $19.97 a year for a Zip-Code, $19.97 per month for a County and $59.97 per month for a State. (States are almost sold out)
As subscription revenue comes in I use it to develop GOT-ZIP.com and its Site Network into a HUGE Web Business.. and then I track the Site Revenue and pay it back to my subscribers each month. When the Territories are finally sold out, we’ve got $100,000+ per month to do it with.
I take 40% of Subscription Revenue and put it into Web-Development, 40% into Nationwide Advertising, and the rest goes toward Administration.
But each and every month, the Portal gets bigger, and the revenue increases…
And hopefully by the end of the first couple years, revenue begins to overtake subscription fees. And soon thereafter every subscriber’s commission check starts to exceed their fees..
Now most of a Subscriber’s Commission will come from a Revenue Pool of all non-trackable Advertising, but we can track almost all product sales right down to the Zip-Code. When you visit the main page of the site, you’ll get how it works.
So say you paid $19.97 for your home Zip-Code, you’ll get a Sales Commission from any sale from Your Zip-Code on any of the 1000’s of Products we currently sell on the site, from some of the biggest brands online.
Now if One Guy can make $25,000+ Per Month Online, don’t you think it’s possible that 40,000+ People working together with a Budget of $100,000 Per Month can make 10 Times that? If they can… then everyone gets a Commission Check and No One Gets ZIP!
When are Commissions Paid?
Because of the unique nature of Got-Zip, there will be different commission cycles for different transactions. Commissions may take 30-90 Days to clear before commissions can be issued.
You must have a balance of $20 (per territory, not combined) or more to receive a commission. Just email us once you do and we’ll send you a PayPal payment.
Is GOT-ZIP Available World-Wide?
Currently we are only accepting Zip-Codes from the United States. However, if you do not live in the United States and Canada, you can still sponsor a US Territory.
Non-US Subscribers will also be given first rights to their home Territories as we expand globally. So if you are the first person from your Country, Province, Postal Code etc.. to join GOT ZIP… you get right of first refusal to claim them when available.
How Does the Revenue Share Work?
I take 80% of all non-trackable* revenue, and pool it.. Then I use a point system (still in the works) to pay it out.. like this..
Let’s say there’s $2000 in the Revenue Pool.

There’s 50 State Subs (20 points each) = 1000 points
There’s 50 County Subs (10 points each) = 500 points
There’s 500 Zip Subs (1 point each) = 500 points.

Divide $2000 by 2000 points = $1 Point..

If you own a State you’ll make $20.00
If you own a County you’ll make $10.00
If you own a Zip you’ll make $1.00
*This includes:
All Advertising Revenue
All International Sales
All Affiliate Relationships we don’t have the ability to track.
All non-claimed Territory commissions.
(If no-one owns the Zip-Code a sale is made in, it goes to the bonus pool)
What Happens if I Move? Do I lose my Resident Status?
You’ll be grandfathered in..
I haven’t come up with any better options at this point… Anything less would most likely cause all kinds of problems as well.
Perhaps a stipulation that the first six commission checks must goto a legal address in that Territory would cover it.. That way even if you move, you’d still receive the mail when it’s forwarded..
Isn’t this MLM?
No… When a visitor goes to Got Zip they are asked to enter their Zip-Code.. And If they make a purchase from any Vendor…
The Sponsor who owns that Zip-Code gets a commission.
And the Sponsor who owns the County that Zip is in gets a commission
And the Sponsor who owns the State that Zip is in gets a commission..
Who made the Sale?… It’s irrelevant….. this is not multi-level… it’s territory sales.
And we don’t pay commissions on Referrals whatsoever…
Why the name GOT ZIP? AND what’s the deal with gotzip.com?
I created this program for all the people who joined countless programs and never made a dime.. They GOT ZIP.

Many subscribers ask about the domain gotzip.com. gotzip.com is currently a redirect to another site. I’ve made a few offers to the current owner, but we have yet to come to any arrangements. I’m hopeful that something can be worked out in the near future.

How Do I Cancel?
Use the Contact Form, and submit your name, email and Territory you wish to cancel. Then login to PayPal and Cancel Your Subscription.
We will put your Territory up for Auction and if the Territories aren’t purchased you’ll have a full refund within 60 days.
We would very much appreciate feedback and your letting us know if you intend to cancel… we can be very flexible with our subscriptions, and want to work with you..
I find many people cancel and never reply to my emails to arrange a refund. This baffles me. Please respond. No one loses money in Got-Zip, and you’re entitled to a full refund. At least do me the courtesy of responding so the refund process can proceed quickly.
I’m in the Military, Can I Participate?
Yes, if you are in the Military not only can you sponsor any Territory you would like in the United States… AND you can sponsor your APO Zip-Codes…
Now because of the mobile nature of Military Life we only have ONE Sponsor and one sponsor Designation.. _m No Residents or Prospectors.. Just Military or _m
I don’t Live in the U.S., Can I Still Join?
Sure… You just have to join as a Prospector and prospect a US Territory.
And if you’re the first person from your Country to Join GOT ZIP, you’ll get first option to Sponsor your Home Territory when we Launch in Your Country.
